As a friend of ours puts it, Copenhagen and Brooklyn are constantly competing for the title of “coolest place on Earth”

Denmark

Who are we to judge, but Copenhagen is certainly worth your time. The food scene here is almost certainly the most interesting – not to mention best – in Europe, from the transcendent meals offered at Michelin-starred establishments such as Noma, to the small laid-back eateries dotted all over the city. Ride your bike like a local, enjoy a private boat trip in the harbor, or just sit back and observe how people live in the world’s most “livable” city- these are just a handful of the many activities we could recommend.
You can also spend a wonderful time exploring the country outside the capital. Denmark is dotted with numerous relaxed beach-side hotels, traditional inns that have been transformed into luxury establishments, and private castles complete with their own Michelin-starred restaurants.
